Celebrity Fashionista of the Month - Michelle Williams!

I've been a fan of Michelle's since she was climbing the ladder into adolescent filmmaker Dawson Leery's bedroom on everyone's favorite teen drama Dawson's Creek.  And while she's come a long way since the high school wild child, I must say that Ms. Williams has proved that you don't have to marry an A-list celebrity to hang with the big guns (ah hem Katie Holmes...).

Let's face it, Michelle's rise to stardom hasn't been an easy one.  However, even through the drama of a public romance, a child, and a death of your ex she has still come out on top and has earned roles in some of recent years most acclaimed pictures.  In fact, her recent role as Marilyn Monroe has been getting quite  a bit of Oscar buzz.  And even if she does lose to Meryl Streep (don't worry Michelle, it's a common occurrence that most actresses go through) at least she still looks amazing while doing so.

As many of us know, once you're on the top your wardrobe better match your new caliber status.  Therefore, it's no wonder that Ms. Williams has been looking absolutely delectable throughout awards season.  However, she still manages to look fabulous walking with little Matilda.  This is a single mom who knows what she is doing!

Seriously, this girl has got some natural beauty to support those acting chops!  Keep is up Michelle - we need more talented, beautiful actresses like you!

Celebrity Fashionista of the Month - Emma Stone

Many of us came to know Emma Stone as the love interest of Jonah Hill in the epic nerd comedy, Superbad.  However,  Ms. Stone has since emerged as a leading lady who's taste is beyond her years.

Personally, I've always been a fan of Emma.  I appreciate that she doesn't take herself too seriously, and can play just about any part.

Basically, she's accomplished more in 4 years of her career than most women are able to complete in a lifetime.  And she does it with such finesse that she makes it look easy.

One thing I admire about Emma that most actresses her age can't say is that she's not about the drama.  Thus far, you haven't seen her on the pages of US Weekly or Ok Magazine.  You've seen her in Vogue and Elle for her exceptional and effortless taste.

Emma had one of my favorite looks at the 2011 Golden Globes (where she was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy for her Role in the Easy A).  Rocking a Clavin Klein nude dress and a fresh updo with blonde locks (her actual hair color - dyed for the upcoming Spiderman movie) she had people oohing and aahing over her all night!  It's these understated looks that knock my socks off.

Ms. Stone is ALWAYS looking fabulous and she is proof that your 20s can be some of your most stylish years.  So take risks, have fun, and be yourself.  Emma Stone is proof that you can be yourself in Hollywood and still have an amazing career.  I can't wait to see what's next for...

Celebrity Fashionista of the Month - Reese Witherspoon

Let's face it - it was only a matter of time before Reese Witherspoon graced the blog as Celebrity Fashionista of the Month.  However, with a huge blockbuster in theaters, a recent marriage, and making us all believe that our 30s can still be glamorous - May 2011 seemed like the perfect month to spotlight this leading lady.

One thing that I admire about Reese is that she has always seemed to be secure in her body - and her personal style reflects that.  Unlike many other women in her field, Reese rarely changes her look - unless it's for an upcoming role.  She is always sporting her gorgeous blonde locks, an outfit that screams 'Oh this, I just threw it together', and of course her two fashionable children Ava and Deacon by her side.

I've always been a fan of Reese, but she has come a long way since her days as a "teen movie" actress (although Cruel Intentions and Legally Blonde are classics).  Recently, in Water for Elephants, she is looking as stunning as ever in period piece outfits that make us all want to work for the circus!  Every time I see a preview for this movie I think, "man I hope I look as good as she does with 2 kids, a new marriage, and a crazy schedule!"  I don't know how she does it, but she is always looking fabulous.

Reese seems to collect fashionable looks from mainstream chains and some of the hottest fashion labels in town.  I love how she combines some of these affordable items with higher end pieces to create a look that many fashionable ladies try to emulate.  However, Reese is the girl that we all envy - she looks fabulous in jeans and a tee, yet can ramp it up for a night on the red carpet in floor grazing gowns and jewels worth more than my retirement fun will be.

I have to say, that if I could raid any celebrity's closet, Reese would certainly be in my top 5.  With all of the drama in her life, she certainly never lets her style falter - and you never see her on the worst dressed list.

So here's to Reese - there were many times in her career where we all thought - is she really a great actress?  Can she overcome her failed marriage?  Can she balance family life?  And the answer is - yes, yes, and YES!  Reese still manages to be an amazing mother, a respected actress, and a fashionable vixen.  Don't let that smile fool you - this girl is here to do business!

XOXO, Allison
